Coaching Terms

Your programme

The Second Half Transformation is a personalised 12-week coaching programme with Ronnie. We discuss suitability before payment and agree your goals, starting point and practical plan together. It includes an initial 60-minute strategy session, six private 30-minute sessions, weekly check-ins, an individual roadmap and a continuation plan.

Payment

The price is USD $750, or three monthly payments of USD $250 (USD $750 total). Instalments stop after the third payment. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Applying does not commit you to buying.

Refund guarantee

Join the programme, follow your agreed plan, attend your coaching sessions and complete your weekly check-ins for four weeks. If you're not seeing or feeling progress (for example more consistent movement, better energy or a clearer plan), tell me and I'll refund you in full. Requesting a refund is a short form, and I won't argue.

Request your full refund using the short claim form. Ronnie reviews requests personally. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Health

Coaching is not medical treatment, therapy or clinical nutrition advice. Speak to your doctor before changing exercise or diet, particularly if you have a condition, symptoms or an injury. Do not use coaching instead of qualified medical care. No specific weight loss, fitness result or medical outcome is guaranteed.

Sessions and participation

We agree session times and practical commitments together. If you need to rearrange a session, contact Ronnie as soon as possible. Any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements should be agreed in writing before you start. Bring honest updates to your check-ins so your plan can be adjusted.

Cancelling or ending coaching

To cancel, raise a concern or discuss stopping coaching, email info@soul-viva.com. The four-week refund guarantee above applies when its conditions are met. Any other cancellation arrangements must be explained and agreed before purchase; these terms do not impose an unagreed cancellation charge or remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights continue to apply.

Books and learning materials

The offer includes digital editions of Where the Mind Meets the Miles at programme start and Energy Leaks after month one. Delivery remains subject to approved editions and permission to distribute them. Materials are for your personal use and must not be shared or resold without permission. Any separate digital purchase is governed by its stated purchase terms and applicable consumer rights.

Personal records and confidentiality

Your records are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not publish your coaching notes, personal results or feedback as a testimonial without your permission. Please provide accurate contact details and keep your account and personal download links private.

Questions and complaints

For service questions, payment problems or a complaint, email info@soul-viva.com with enough information for us to understand the issue. We will discuss a practical resolution with you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.

Changes to these terms

The terms and agreed offer provided when you enrol govern your programme. Updates to this page do not automatically change an existing agreement; material changes to your programme must be discussed and agreed with you.
