What we collect

Soul-Viva collects the details you choose to provide when you apply for coaching, take an assessment, book a call, create an account or use our learning tools. This may include your name, email, contact details, goals, assessment results, progress, check-ins and coaching notes. Please do not put sensitive medical information in an enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your information to review applications, respond to you, deliver coaching and learning resources, save progress, arrange sessions and manage purchases. We also record page visits, button activity and campaign information to understand which journeys work. This can include browser storage that remembers progress and referral links.

Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we use information as necessary to take steps at your request before a purchase, fulfil our agreement with you, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as keeping the service secure and responding to enquiries, subject to your rights. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you can withdraw it.

Emails and consent

Service messages relate to your application, bookings, purchases or progress. The monthly Soul-Viva Note is optional. You can unsubscribe from optional emails using the link in a message or contact us to change your preferences.

Who handles your information

We use Lovable Cloud to run the site and store records, Stripe for payments, and email services to deliver messages. We do not store full card details or sell your personal information. Your personal coaching records are not public. Testimonials or case studies are published only with your permission.

Keeping and protecting records

Access to personal records is restricted. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain your account, answer enquiries, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. The period depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. You can contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable data-protection requirements govern those transfers. Contact us if you need information about where your records are processed or the protections applicable to them.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email info@soul-viva.com to make a request or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

Browser storage and external links

Cookies and browser storage can keep you signed in, remember assessment progress and record referral information. You can manage these through your browser settings; clearing or blocking them may affect saved progress or sign-in. Links to Instagram, book retailers or other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Learning tools and app

Learning answers, completion records and planner entries may be saved to your account. The iPhone app can keep learning work locally and offer reminders if you allow them. Signed-in app users can request account deletion from Account.

AI-assisted tools

If you choose an AI-assisted tool, the information submitted to generate its response is processed by the AI service. Follow the tool's consent notice and avoid including identifying or sensitive medical information. AI guidance is educational, can be inaccurate and is not a medical assessment.
